 If you are on the program please arrive no later than 6:51 AM.

Greeter and Showboater tables should be set up by 6:56 AM.

The job of the Greeter is to greet guests at the door and sign them in at the greeter table.

 

Speakers are asked to speak for no more than ten minutes including a question and answer period.  The Sergeant at Arms will provide a two minute warning.

 

If you need a substitute, it is YOUR responsibility to get a substitute.
